Send your request from an email address you can access. For account-specific questions, we may ask you to verify that you control the account before we make changes.

Account deletion
If you want to delete your Empliva account, use the in-app Delete account control when available or use our external deletion-request page if you cannot access the app.
Security
If you believe someone else accessed your account, include “Security” in your subject line. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, government IDs, medical records, or payment-card details.
